The Fire of Bhakti Retreat will delve into the path of Devotion and explore the qualities of being that we must cultivate to have a dynamic relationship with the Divine.
We will have an intimate group in a beautiful Manhattan yoga studio and a very special chance to not only see Parvathy Ma and hear her sing, sit and chant together, and discuss the teachings in a small group. This is the traditional way of learning. We begin Friday evening and finish Sunday afternoon.

Ragas Live Festival is an epic 24-hour, 24-set celebration of transcendent, spiritual music, what The New York Times referred to as “the Raga Renaissance, flowering in Brooklyn.” Now in its 11th year, you can join the experience at Pioneer Works.
This year’s festival includes the New York premiere of Parvathy Baul, a leading exponent of the mystical Baul sect of West Bengal; Carnatic superstar Sid Sriram; Brazilian percussion legend Cyro Baptista; and master of the Iraqi maqam, Hamid AlSaadi and more. Over the 24 hour period, the audience will also be treated to masters of the sitar, veena, bansuri sarangi, and vocal in the classical raga tradition.
